PART TWO
There isn't a bus at the stop. Not at first. What you see when you arrive is a dark, ominous orb. It has a strange, unsettling aura, but you find yourself drawn to it nonetheless. It seems to be whispering you, telling you that it can help. It can fix you. It can solve every. Single. One. Of you problems. All you need to do is take that chance... And the closer you get, the more you feel a tug... and then you find yourself on a bus, with a bus driver sitting behind the wheel. He nods at each student as they appear and greets them, though his voice is.. distorted, and there’s no emotion to it. His entire being seems distorted, really, drained of color and blurred at the edges. There’s… not something right about this.
But he won’t answer questions if you pry - he doesn’t say much at all besides his canned “hello”s as people step onto the bus. But once everyone’s taken a seat he shuts the door and starts the bus, and your journey begins.

PART THREE (THE FIRST)
The lights in the museum -- which is right behind the concrete sign -- are off. The entrance light, however, is on. It has an arch over the doorway that looks like it may be breaking, judging by all the cracks in it. The doors open and invite you in; looking around, though, you have nowhere else to go. This is it. This is what you're here for.

The good news is, when you enter the museum, the lights flicker on. It's a little dim in here, but it's bright enough to where you can at least see what's in front of you and make out shapes everywhere else.
The first floor of the museum seems...eerily barren. Some cases are cracked and empty; other exhibits seem to just be missing. There are, however, a few for your viewing.
They are all ghouls of some sort. They are all rather large in size and appear to be sculpted and sitting inside of glass cases lining the walls of the first floor. There are three empty cases among the bunch, though. There's not a whole lot to do here, given that all of their plaques lack any sort of description - you can absolutely examine the statues from outside of their cases, but otherwise...moving on.
The second floor unlocks. In fact, this floor has a lot of items that look familiar to you...because they're from your entire stay here. A lot of the items are mundane objects but they have meaning because of the context, the memories that came with them. Hot chips are encased within glass, every object from last Saturday comes with its own display case, a defused bomb sits open and on top of a mount, and there's even a display with the eggs Mutsu made for everyone in it. There's something of significance for just about anyone here. But that's not all.
Photos line the walls - photos of all of you. Some are group shots, but a lot of them are of each of you individually, representing moments at the university that somehow meant something to you, good or bad. There are actually captions that come with all of these, too – one or two sentence descriptors about the context of the photo. ]

PART THREE (THE SECOND)
Either way, the lights will turn back on – even dimmer this time, but just bright enough for you to see that one of those ghouls from the first floor is out of its casing, very much sentient, and staring you down. You're its target.
If you are unlucky and get caught by a ghost, it will end up possessing you, though mind the specific traits of each when you get taken over. Only one ghost will possess you at any given time, and you may feel the urge to act against someone violently or verbally.
However, it is entirely possible to avoid possession by outrunning these ghouls or hiding. That being said, those that are not possessed may want to help the people who are snap out of it before they do anything too rash.
Pain share will help (depending on how you spin it!) in that those getting possessed will still be able to feel it even if they're not really themselves right now, but it is not a requirement. ]
( OOC: Welcome to the possession part of the event. Possession is optional, but the idea is this: The ghouls will find a target and chase them down (note the descriptions on how these things happen). Again, it is possible to outrun them or hide somewhere to avoid getting an encounter, if you'd rather not have your character be influenced and instead try to help people out of their possessions!
For the sake of allowing more than 15 people a shot at these possessions, you can assume that the ghosts will hop around and possess different people at different times. And yes, if you'd like, you can get possessed by multiple (at different times) -- we will leave that up to you. The ghosts will gradually start to get tired with all of these possessions, assuming that they've been successfully, uh, "exorcised".
Regarding injury, it is entirely possible, yes, but please ask and communicate with involved parties before proceeding with an injury. If you'd rather avoid injury entirely (which is absolutely valid), you can always duke things out verbally! )

The moon. The breeze, the bus stop as it was before they left. The mall in front of them. The path has cleared...and it looks like the fog has been lifted along the road, paving a new path for you to check out. ...Maybe later. It's still evening. There is no bus to take you there, after all.
Briefly, you hear their cries – the cries of the people inside of...whatever that was. Some of them are wailing as it sounds like they just...fade away. Others are laughing joyously; and there are the ones that whisper a soft, grateful "thank you" to the group before everything goes silent.
Who knew the power of bizarre teamwork could truly make the dream work?
There are still several people among you who are still possessed, still fighting with the demons in their heads. Among them are Cater for loneliness, Grimnir for desperation, Shin for hollowness, Rideaux for abandonment...though you may want to check on as many people as you can, just to be sure.

It won't leave and can phase in and out of the host's body at will, though it won't necessarily take over the host's conscience since they can't possess them any longer. Furthermore, if the host is feeling anything related to that particular ghoul's theme, the ghoul will voice it if the host can't admit it themselves. For example, if Cater denied feeling alone when asked about it, the ghoul will pretty much spill the beans for him. It's entirely possible to try and "tame" these ghouls but it will take some work, given their sinister natures.
The hosts may also get random, short, enhanced bursts of these traits. The bouts of hollowness, for example, will be short (~ a few minutes at most) but they will be strong.
This will last until the end of Week 4.
FINALLY, please do not ask for Florence threads on this top level! Lav is unavailable to thread for a few more hours, so we will not be replying to any questions directed at Florence. )
