02.50 - week two, saturday
W2 SATURDAY
Like last Saturday, everyone will get an announcement on their tablets; this time, the announcement is preceded with a bell of some sort before Lorelei appears on the screen again.
"Good morning, everyone. This is an announcement to let you know that today's lesson will take place starting at 8:15 tonight. Again, today's lesson will be starting at 8:15. Please meet at the lower campus exit near the lecture by 8:00pm; Florence will be waiting for you there.
If you have a bag for some snacks and, perhaps, an item you can use for self-defense in the case of an emergency, please arrive with those things on you. We will provide you with an overview of what to expect when you arrive at 8pm.
Thank you."
The alert ends.
You have the day to prepare, ask each other what the hell is happening -- Florence and Lorelei do not seem to be available, strangely enough. There's a lot to take in with the information you have now. But before you know it... night falls.

which does not explain why sabo will be ramming a fountain pen, one recognizable from the stationary store in the mall, into the wall. it won't exactly be right in the middle of the room but he'll be centralized enough. he doesn't look to be particularly having any coherency or purpose other than just...casually(?) stabbing the wall. even after the pen tip inevitably breaks, he'll just start smearing the ink around and writing something??
i guess?
sorry not sorry. ]
no subject
flat (citation needed) looks at whatever sabo's trying to write, his expression curious. ]
What are you doing?
no subject
Flat!
[ he'll causally try to grab flat's wrist and pull him closer. ]
Don't you think that the walls could use a little personality?
no subject
flat will let himself be grabbed by the wrist, pulled closer towards sabo. he glances at the wall and then smiles pleasantly at sabo, while one hand is still in his hoodie pocket. ]
I think the walls are fine. Unless you want to do something specific...?
no subject
The museum seems to have its focus on us but... It seems to lack something truly created by us. Whoever here seems to want to immortalize us without properly doing it.
[ don't mind the grip tightening on flat's wrist. it won't be too uncomfortable. ]
no subject
I've always wanted to try drawing a manga, but that's not something that you put in a museum. What I'd like to put in a museum isn't here.
[ ........ ]
What do you want to put up there?
no subject
...and I don't want to be forgotten.
[ sabo's whole deamore will return to ""normal"" and he'll tilt his head to one side as he looks down at flat. ]
So, what kind of thing would you want to put in a museum, Flat?

so, of course that action gets his attention and he's walking closer to sabo. probably negative emotions are getting his attention, too. ]
Sabo? What happened?
no subject
Ace!
[ cue sabo immediately leaving the wall and walking closer to him, the broken pen in hand. there's a bright smile on his face. ]
What do you mean, "what happened"? [ ...oh. the wall. ] I just thought if they want to immortalize us, we should be a bit more purposeful with it.
no subject
So, what's it you're planning to do to immortalize things?
no subject
I haven't decided yet... [ he'll look at the pen in his hand for a moment. ] But I want it to be something permanent. Something that no one can ignore.
no subject
Why would that matter here? [ he steps a bit closer. ] Aren't you already doing that at home?
no subject
Home?
[ he'll look at the marks he made on the wall and the ink smears. ]
What I'm doing at home isn't meant to make me be remembered. That's not why we're starting the war.

the letters "A", "S", and "L" somewhere in the midst of all of the ink being smeared now by his fingers. ]
no subject
Hey.
(Time to get his attention.)
What're ya workin' on here?
no subject
Oh Mu!
[ he'll look back to his "work" on the wall. ]
I'm adding to the museum. They want to immortalize us, right?

ghoul art project installation???
Finger-inking??
Then he approaches the wall and cheerfully starts scribbling on it too, in messy Japanese but it's much more flowing and easier than whatever kind of fingerpainting is happening -- Sabo gets a cheerful look, still with manic ghost lights dancing in his eyes.]
My good man! I see that you don't know how to use a fountain pen to save your life, so I'm here to save your fingers and save the wall, too. I, Tamamori-sama, will help you cover this wall in the most elegant of stories, or the most unusual of fables. Whatever your heart desires.
But ah, you are something else, aren't you?
[Ghoul-to-ghoul, mano-a-mano, maybe they can teamwork this(????????).]
no subject
[ ghoul-to-ghoul communication??? except not really because that's not how things are going to immediately hit it off. instead sabo will be momentarily displeased about how someone else is here writing on his wall.
excuse you?? he'll stop what he's doing and turn to look at tama, a pleasant look on his face despite some edge to it. ]
And something like ink isn't enough. [ looks at the unbroken fountain pen he has there. ] However, I didn't bring something that would leave behind a mark to never be forgotten.
no subject
[Yeah, this seems...this doesn't seem right. It's abnormal enough to get Sholmes to stop and approach]
no subject
[ sabo will greet sholmes with a smile as he keeps working an "S" shape into the wall with the ink. the surrounding area will have something that will look like an "A" and an "L". ]
I'm making some adjustments. Things here and there.
no subject
[Wow, not even trying to sugarcoat things. If you want someone to stop doing something, insult their work? Is that his strategy or what]
no subject
is insulting him going to be the best route about this? ]
It's not art that I'm intending to add to the museum. Just myself.

......
Alright, if diminishing them isn't going to work, then perhaps showing interest will, he thinks. See if that gets a more favorable reaction that could lead to an exorcism. That is, if he's possessed. If he isn't, then this all is pretty awkward and he will owe an apology of some sort, that's for sure]
Does that mean this writing represents you? You'll have to explain it further, Mr. Sabo. Please do.
