After a positively thrilling game of the prisoner's dilemma, it's all over. Everyone needs to get patched up, recover and... hopefully not kill each other after everything. At some point in the cafeteria, Shizuku and Madara have taken over the kitchen- though help won't be denied completely- and leaving a large meal of noodles and whatever else they can still use from Fai and Shizuku's little shopping trip... not a lot of fresh food, but it works out. There's also plenty of coffee, a tea kettle and even hot chocolate ready. (Shizuku herself is using her ill-gotten tapioca balls for some homemade boba, hell yeah.) Team Idol may not stick around for long, but there's plenty to go around for now... and Shizuku will happily bring over some snacks from the convenience store too. And did you know that place has a milkshake machine? Because it does. Get you a milkshake, people.

But tensions are high after everything. Hopefully this doesn't become a murdergame.

( immediately after they get out, shizuku is nowhere to be found. there's plenty to do after that mess- cleaning and patching themselves up, resting a little, maybe a relaxing bath? getting out some tension before they can face the others... but eventually shizuku can be found in the kitchen and later the cafeteria, food either cooking or finally being finished. she herself is going to be bringing a full kettle back to her room...

she also spends a little bit of time in the common room, resting on the couch. she seems tired, but not enough so to retreat from everyone else just yet. if someone comes in she'll wave idly, but mostly she's just vibing.

but eventually, she'll go back to her room, either for snuggles with her partner or whatever else. )

[ Things are pretty tense, huh? At least, for Gentaro. He's well aware that as part of Group C, he'll have to deal with the consequences, but what's done is done.

He has some very particular feelings about that, but he's not about to go around voicing them. He doesn't want to lament his own angst, so. Boxing up those feelings? Hell yeah.

Regardless, once he sees Shizuku, he clears his throat lightly. ]

Would you be amenable to my company?

( shizuku smiles, sitting up a bit more straighter- gentaro may notice that the cozy sweater (tm) she's wearing... a diamond-patterned green very unlike the usual light blues she normally favors, and also much larger than she is in general. it's probably nothing. )

Of course. ... How are you feeling after everything?

[ Fai is... exhausted, to say the least. He drags himself (and Hien) over to Florence to get seen, so he's at least all bandaged up and taken care of by the time he makes his way over to the cafeteria.

He stays for a while, eating a bunch of noodles and whatever else Shizuku and Madara end up making. And he has some coffee too. If anyone else is near the little coffee station, he'll gesture to it. ]

[ And later on, Fai can be seen heading towards the dorms. He's got a tray in hand, filled with food and coffee. It's most definitely for Hien, because Fai is bringing food to him like the malewife he is. ]

[Phantom doesn't really want to be up. He most certainly doesn't want to see anyone. But he does, unfortunately, need food for Marcus. He's bandaged up and in one of his own cozy sweaters by the time he slinks to the cafeteria to find something. He makes a beeline for the coffee when he sees it, one-track mind enough to startle when Fai speaks.]

Well. I'm pleased I didn't have to make it.

No, I think that'd just give me a headache right now... How are you both doing? Hien sounded really rough. I was thinking something with honey might help him a little...

[Fai catches Madara on a very rare little break, when he's gone over to get himself one precious cup of coffee so he can stave of the adrenaline drop he's staring down.]

Oh, thanks! Don't mind if I do!

Oh, that's fine! I don't drink that much coffee.

[ he shakes his head, but instead tries to hand fai a milkshake! ]

If you're offering, how can I refuse?

[ Gentaro is significantly quieter, even for Gentaro. He's got a lot on his mind; the betrayals by his team sit uncomfortably with him, but he knows that when it comes down to it, there's no use in protesting. People will think what they think, and it's a waste of time and energy to convince them otherwise.

He understands, too--he's certainly not about to fault anyone for their feelings. So maybe he's a little more distant, too, giving Fai a polite smile. ]

[ Hien is outside for a little while. They started this in the morning, so it's probably still too early for the sun to set.

He's honestly not miffed about being betrayed. It was just Owen that got him in a foul mood. In hindsight, he really should have seen it coming. Alas. At least some group got away scot-free. And that's nice.

Either way, you might spot Hien in the common area. He's collecting cushions. When he's not doing that, he's just wandering around inside the dorm building. Should he be walking around after getting his leg chomped on, feet burned, and electrified? No. Not even after healing. He's doing it anyway, just for a little while. He'll retire soon to his own room.

If anything, he wonders if this will create rifts between people that some won't bother to cooperate again. ]

( shizuku's coming for hien in the common room, once again sliding a mug of earl grey tea towards him before she looks over at his collection. )

... Oh! Pillow fort?

[Once Madara has made the rounds making sure people are getting patched up, he makes a big announcement about cooking and heads to the cafeteria without accepting any medical treatment other than a quick rinse of his leg wounds.

Everyone is welcome at the meal, and he'll be personally serving up whatever various things he could find to cook up with his characteristic toxic positivity smile. His voice booms just a little quieter than usual, but even to people he's not usually overly acquainted with, he'll be extra friendly.]

Here you go. There's plenty for seconds, so come back if you need more. Gotta get your strength built back up after all of that.

[At some point, he retreats to the back to start cleaning up, but he never comes back out to say goodbye to any stragglers. Instead, he goes for a ride on his motorcycle for a while to every corner they have uncovered, then heads back to the dorms.

Once he's back, anyone passing by his room will be treated to a gentle violin rendition of whatever idol song he can come up with to warm up, then a slower, more passionate piece down in the common room before it gets too late.

Eventually, he'll retreat to his room for good, looking for Shizuku.]

( and he'll find her there, curled up on the most immediately visible bed holding her sparrow plushie. she's... dead tired, honestly, but wanted to wait for him. freshly bathed and legs bandaged up, she glances up at him and smiles softly. )

[ it's the violin that attracts ryouma's attention and he joins madara with his own instrument, playing along and throwing in a little impromptu accompaniment with his shamisen. this is what he used to do for fun! ]

[Phantom's really not in the mood for talking to anyone, but since he's here to mooch food - and Madara notably didn't betray them - Madara gets a little nod from Phantom as he approaches. He's upright right now because of the sweater, but he's not moving so great thanks to the lingering effects of the shock.]

You're certain there's enough? Marcus can eat quite a lot.

[ well, all of what happened sure did just happen. sometimes you are very lucky about certain things happening and then other times you are very not lucky about things happening. anyway, after getting healed up by florence, sabo's glad that there's free food in the kitchen where he's going to help himself to what is all available. truly, like, all of it. thank you shizuku and madara.

naturally then after what one could expect, sabo's going to be headed back to his dorm where he has decided is the best place to deal with everything that has transpired. just for a little bit as he can be later found heading towards the bookstore/gift shop. he will not go out of his way to interact with anyone, but if anyone says anything then he will greet them pleasantly with a smile.

[ of course, he's heading along for food with sabo, really glad for the people putting the effort into this, too. he'll be piling his plate up with a lot of things. ]

[Idia would be super excited if not for that fact some people were going to take things personally (his thoughts). The slow, painful advance hadn't made him feel strong, proud, or anything like that. What lesson had there to be learned except "stop acting out, pesky students"? If they hadn't wanted anyone to betray anyone they shouldn't have put it in the game! With all these thoughts and circular logic Idia has freed himself from any guilt about what he did.]

[... he's not an idiot, though, he's gonna go into hiding.]

[Anyways, in the convenience store Idia's jamming plastic bags full of cup noodle, drinks, and garbage bags. Cater was too sociable but he knew exactly what sort of things you needed to be in your room and stay there for seven days or more.]

who knows, but flat is not one of them. after getting off scot free from the game, he's mostly been relaxing while also trying to keep himself busy. right now he seems to be busy making a house of cards while occasionally sipping on his hot chocolate. ]
