Now that they have all weathered that storm, it's time to do some recuperating! After storing some of the fruit (likely with Shizuku's help), Fai has decided to cut all of it up and lay it out in a neat little array on a table in the cafeteria. He liked the coffee and tea station last week, so he decides to set another one up for this week too. Fai has also set out some bread, butter, and a toaster—hopefully there's an outlet nearby—for people to make themselves some toast! They could all use a nice little (late) breakfast after all of that.

And if anyone wants to bring some of that crab and fish they caught? Well, the more the merrier!

Then, Fai sends out a quick text for everyone to come enjoy some fruit and coffee in the cafeteria.

[ His hair is wet because he took his time to shower first. Too much sweating... it's hot... ]

[ Hien... always so tired. Fai walks up to him and holds a berry to his lips. ]

Sorry you couldn't sleep until noon. Want some coffee?

Yeah. And a whole bunch of crab meat.

[ He's almost drooling, but none of the excitement is there with it of finally eating fresh food. ]

[ He reaches out to grab another berry and feed it to Hien. ]

Do you want some of the crab meat? I bet you could prepare some.

Yeah, but you really want me working more?

[ He wants to Rest. ]

Ah, no.

[ He pats Hien's hair. ]

Rest all you want. Lay in my lap too.

Hien gestures to the cafeteria table seats. If Fai really wants that—no, wait. ]

I want food first.

Should I feed more fruit to you?

[ Because he will. He's grabbing another berry. ]

No... I want coffee and crab meat.

[ Don't deny him food!! QQ ]

[ Fai kisses the top of his wet head. He doesn't really care if other people see that. ]

Alright, alright. I'll get you some coffee. [ ... ] I've never cooked crab meat before, but I can try.

[ And he gets up to start working on that coffee. ]

Do you have your tablet with you? I didn't bring mine... I can look up a video for you if you wanna get a general idea.

[ He texted everyone, so thankfully he has it. Fai picks it up off a nearby table and hands it over to Hien along with some coffee. ]

[ Hien takes the tablet and coffee, browsing through Estelltube on simple crab recipes and how to prepare then. After skimming through a video, he reminds it and hands it over. ]

[ He watches it a couple of times before nodding to himself. ]

Alright. I'll be back.

[ He disappears into the kitchen for a while, finally coming back out with some cooked crab meat, seasoned with whatever he can find in there. ]

[ Although the smile on his face is unsure, it's pretty good for a first attempt. ]

[ That said, he sits up and eats some of the crab meat. ]

Hm. Yeah. I won't take my words back. It's good stuff.

[ He eats some again. ]

[ He sits down in the seat next to Hien. Part of him feels... embarrassed. He still can't get over how easily Hien compliments him, even over simple things. ]

[ He thinks Fai could have taste tested it, but he still wants to feed him some, so he holds out a forkful. ]

This is why blackout curtains are the best! I wonder why none of those ever dropped from the gacha...

[ He gets out a piece of paper and folds it into a fan to, eell, fan Idia to cool him off. It's still summer weather, after all. ]

Regardless of the reason, you worked hard. I don't think I can ever make one that fast...
