06 - week six

WEEK SIX
Sunday starts with more aches and pains than you might be used to. Florence patched people up after Saturday’s lesson, sure, but it’s not a complete cure - not to mention it doesn’t ease the sting of betrayal. Some classmates that you thought would cooperate wound up breaking your trust in the end, and this week will be interesting with the fallout.

It’s hard to say what this week will have in store otherwise. Things are changing, and it’s not clear what this means for all of you. On the bright side, however, the creatures and places you once knew from home have suddenly disappeared, so that's less that you need to worry about. There are new areas for you to look at as well.

SUNDAY MONDAY TUESDAY WEDNESDAY THURSDAY FRIDAY

FLORENCE / LORELEI

[He looks neither gleeful nor satisfied when the blade goes into the wall, but he does pull it out somewhat carefully to leave a narrow hole there.]

There isn't a rule against damaging property that isn't owned by the school, so it might not fall within the scope of what they were programmed to do.

[Just kind of sticks his hand in the hole so he can widen it by breaking off chunks of drywall, nbd.]

Fair enough - I am also wondering about the potential for violence that comes with giving us access to tools more easily rendered weapons, but it's not as though we couldn't have killed one another or someone like Kyle all this time. They likely just don't expect us to change our minds on that.

[ But like, maybe they should. Maybe someone should die, just to see what would happen with that. ]

Are you thinking something is hidden in there?

[Time to speedrun this by turning it into a murdergame--]

It wouldn't be very conducive to leaving if we fought amongst ourselves, and they probably realize that.

[Or at least he feels they should? Either way, it's advantageous to have more manpower on their side even if everyone isn't on the best terms with each other, because even if he this experiment ends as a 'success', he always figured they'd be disposed of instead of sent back home. And if that's the case, it's better to make the most of their numbers.

But anyways, back to the wall!!]

In a manner of speaking. I wanted to see how much of the electrical system could be accessed.

[ Okay, but. They could mess this experiment up big time if they killed each other. That'd be somewhat worth it!! ]

I'd wager most of it, if you dig deep enough. What do you want to use the power for?

[They should also hide all of the bodies in the Camellia building so they'll also inconvenience the employees who are still working there!!]

Sabotage, mostly. [A pause as he knocks away more of the wall.] It looked like most of the locks in the Camellia building were electronic, so I thought it might be possible to shut them down by disconnecting the wires. I figured I would see how far I had to go to find them.

[Even if he wouldn't expect the wiring to be one-to-one with the Camellia building, it at least gives some idea of how it works, maybe. Unbeknownst to him though, all of this will become completely unnecessary come Wednesday when they have their keycard unlocking adventures, but you know what, whatever!!!]
