05 - week five

WEEK FIVE

Come Sunday morning, the portals around Estelline fade away, but not all of the oddities hanging around disappear so quickly. The recreations of your dreams and memories are still around, ever changing and shifting. Whatever it is that brought these things here hasn’t ended, not yet.

You don’t have time to worry about all of that, though, even if you know you should exercise caution once two of you found yourselves on the bad end of a monster’s claws. The course still isn’t over, though, even if the portals changed lesson plans. Everything continues on, with new places to explore as the fog pushes back once again. This week still feels a little more like what you’re familiar with, though, after Saturday’s lack of lessons.

But thanks for the compliment. I kind of wish that Ace would wear "proper" clothing more often.

Same. He looks pretty good in it too, even if the clothes are simple.

He's so built though... you don't have problems finding stuff in his size?

Imagining Ace in something other than simple would be pretty funny. I don't think you could keep him dressed up like that for very long either.

No, not really. We managed to find stuff for him.

That's good to hear. Seeing him shirtless all the time really gives off that energy of "I don't want to handle fancy clothes" or "this has too many layers".

It's because of the tattoo on his back. [ WHICH IS ALL SCARRED UP BECAUSE OF THE NOT!HOLE IN HIS CHEST... ] He wanted to show it off to everyone as a sign of respect to his captain and the man he called his father.

No. [ he has to think about this carefully. sabo doesn't want to say the wrong thing given that there was such a huge gap in time but at the same time?? ] He isn't.

[ Yeah, he feels like he understood that bit while thinking back on the Marineford memory. ]

Since he isn't the type to wreck shirts, I wonder if the oversized shirt look would be good on him.

Ace could probably look good it in, but I'd prefer him in something more form fitting.

Get him to wear those next time.

I just can't make Ace wear what I want him to. That's taking things too far. Besides, he doesn't look bad in what he's wearing now. It still works.

Who knows? Maybe he'll like it. That's the point of trying on new clothes, after all.

[ sabo will just shake his head as he adjusts ace's legs on his lap a bit. just to get more comfortable! he'll leave his hands draped over ace's ankles. ]

I'm happy enough that he'll humor me with what he's wearing now. I had him try on plenty, so I'm sure he got a feel of what he likes and doesn't.

[ This sort of reminds Hien of when he did a yard sard with Fai. They look good together. ]

Oh, so he already wore it?

It was something he tried on.

How else would I know what he looked good in?

[ Hien blinks before chuckling a little. ]

Alright, alright. Can I have the stress ball?

[ he'll let out a sigh and lean back into the couch some. ]

[ Hien takes the stress ball and tosses it into the air several times. ]
