02 - week two
WEEK TWO
When the glitter settles and everyone returns to their dorms - or wherever they intend to sleep for the night, if you’re planning on sleeping at all - your first week of school officially ends. Perhaps it was better than you expected, perhaps it was worse.
Hopefully you learned a bit more about teamwork and school spirit.
Still, this course is going to run for longer than a full week, and come Sunday morning you’re still exactly as you were when you settled down for the night. Still in Estelline, still with that mark on your wrist, still connected to your partner. There are some changes, though. The bookstore has received quite a few books, and those of you who added to the bulletin board and pep rally tasks in the first week will find an envelope taped to their dorm door (or themselves, if they spent the night elsewhere). Inside of the envelope is some kind of voucher! Furthermore, the common area is covered in a bunch of glitter.
Also, there are a ton of eggs in the kitchen – at least 10 dozens.
Florence or Lorelei are still available, should you wish to speak to them.
Finally, you've got some new locations to explore.
SUNDAY MONDAY TUESDAY WEDNESDAY THURSDAY FRIDAY
TASK LIST
CLUMSINESS AFFECT DETAILS (BEGINS TUESDAY ICLY)
W2 CYOA SIGNUPS
CYOA Signups for Week 2 close Sunday, May 29th at 6pm EST.
THREAD SURVEY
Google form for partner threads, due by Friday, June 3rd at 6pm EST. Optional.
W3 CYOA SIGNUPS
CYOA Signups for Week 3 close Friday, June 3rd at 6pm EST.

[ With the new locations having opened up, Ace wanders into the bakery. He wastes no time in testing out some of the abandoned merchandise. It's very unfortunate that the pastries have gone stale, but they still taste okay otherwise.
Just like he did with the apples, he'll offer out some of the food. ]
Might want to find something to drink to go with it, but it's edible.
& 002 | t&a time ;
[ The cosmetic shop only got his attention from the interesting smells and the likes, but he doesn't spend too long there. He did, however, grab some of the boob and bum masks because of their shapes.
He might be using it to randomly decorate some doors with melons and peaches. Fruit does a body good, or something. (Maybe he's just doing it to pass time.) Sorry if he's trying to stick them on your door. At least this is harmless and easy to get off the doors. ]

[He says that and bites into a hella stale baked good. Well, waste not want not.
Still, his face shows this leaves a lot to be desired.]

[ It's not like he's saying the foods are top tier, but no reason not to let it get moldy. ]

[ Another bite. This isn't fantastic, but he's not wasting it. ]
More importantly, they seem to be slow about restocking some of the items here, so I'm not sure how much we can really rely on having a stable food supply if we stay here long. Hopefully this won't be the last new place like this that we get access to.

Pretty sure I saw something like this on a ship before...
(Hardtack. He's talking about hardtack.)
no subject
A ship, huh? Are you used to being on the ocean?
[ Clearly the most important part of the conversation. ]
no subject
(Like, centuries ago.)
These days, 'm pretty lucky if I can get on one every couple'a'years.
(Most of his missions on land. It's very sad.)

Oh-ho what are these things?
screeches, i somehow lost this thread. I'M SORRY.
[ Ace tosses a partially opened package at Luci to check out for fun. ]
it's okay!!!!
Hey, try one on. Come one, bet it'll feel great.

002 the man, the melon
[Tamamori hasn't visited the cosmetic shop at all -- first of all there is way too much else to be messing around with!! Second of all he has like, soap, what else do you want from him, he has enough on his plate realizing that liquid soap is everywhere too. Be that as it may.
He recognizes this guy, it's not hard to recognize a jacked dude without a shirt even amongst their bizarre crew; so his tone is much more confused-greeting-and-trying-to-yell-while-standing-on-tiptoes-to-see-over-this-giant-why-are-people-always-so-tall.]
Are you lost? Have you forgotten your card-key? I'm warning you, an ogre lives behind that door and he'll come down the mountain if he sees you putting anything on it that's not supposed to be there. [... sniff] Doesn't smell bad, though.
no subject
Yeah? Might be fun to battle an ogre here. That aside, I'm not lost and my key is right in my pocket.
no subject
[Seriously, who even lives here. Tamamori pauses dramatically, ducking over closer to the wall so that he can critically examine the door decorations again. Mmmmnope. Still a bit too gaudy and liable to turn the room into World War K.]
More importantly, I would have to put up with it all. The last time I came home with too many paper decorations, I almost had to sleep in the common room myself.

Are you trying to curb your craving for something sweet? I'm sure we could bake up something more... uh, fresh.
no subject
[ Is he picking up another person that'd be willing to cook for him? ]
no subject
[ WELL. He's not bad at it, but his dishes come with a chill. ]
